This is such a lovely did and so easy to make. I did add 2 cloves of crushed garlic and a pinch of chili flakes. Once you have blended until smooth, fold in spinach and then onions, garlic and chili flakes, then refrigerate. Try this amazing recipe on toast. This is a whole lot more than a dip. Enjoy!
This salad is the best kind of snack that you can eat or give to children. The sweet flavors prepared using fresh fruits and vegetables. Totally nutritious but also easy to prepare, I found that adding some feta and using cherry tomatoes makes it a lovely picnic salad served with fresh bread.
