100g Broccoli

75g Red Bell Pepper

125g Instant Noodles

4 Spring Onions

2 Tablespoons Olive Oil

1 Teaspoon Peanut Butter

1 Tablespoon lemon juice

1 Tablespoon Brown sugar or sweetener of choice

1 clove garlic

Pinch of chili flakes

Salt & pepper


Step 01

Break broccoli in bite sizes

Step 02

Slice spring onions

Step 03

Slice bell pepper

Step 04

Toast the noodles in a non stick pan

Step 05

Combine all the ingredients

Step 06

Blend together the olive oil – peanut butter – crushed garlic – sugar – chili flakes salt & pepper to taste
