Ingredients

200g sliced ready cooked roasted chicken
200g sliced ready cooked kassler steak
50g chopped red onion
30g chopped green pepper

1 clove diced garlic
3 tablespoon mayonnaise
3 tablespoon plain Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
¼ teaspoon chili flakes
1 tablespoon whole seed mustard
Salt and pepper to taste

Method

Step 01

Slice 200g sliced roasted chicken and 200g sliced kassler steak

Step 02

Chopped red onion and green pepper

Step 03

Mix all together

Step 04

Blend together,  Garlic, 3 tablespoon mayonnaise , 3 tablespoon plain Greek yogurt, 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, ¼ teaspoon chili flakes,1 tablespoon whole seed mustard  Salt and pepper to taste

Step 05

Add to the dry ingredients

Step 06

Serve on a bed of lettuce
