1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp red or white vinegar
1 tsp of each – chopped – dill – parsley – thyme
2 tbsp heavy cream
1 clove crushed garlic
6 tbsp olive oil
Ground black pepper and a pinch of crushed chili


Step 01

Whisk  the lemon juice – white vinegar – dill – parsley – thyme- chili

Add heavy cream and garlic

Slowly whisk in the oil
