Garlic Bean Salad

4 tablespoons olive oil
150g chopped onion
6 cloves garlic chopped
1 green chili chopped
500g green beans
Salt and Pepper to taste
4 med tomatoes


Step 01

Beans topped and tailed

Step 02

Boil in water with a little salt for 5 min no more than 10 minutes. They must be crunchy not soft.

Step 03

Chop onion- garlic and chili

Step 04

Heat the oil in a skillet and add the onion – garlic and chili

Step 05

Fry for 4 min until garlic turns brown

Step 06

Add de-seeded chopped tomatoes

Step 07

Place the beans on a platter

Step 08

Cover with garlic mix
