Ingredients

  • 100g red cabbage
  • 30 g white onion optional
  • 2 pears peeled cored and finely diced
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp chilli flakes
  • 1 garlic clove crushed
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 8 dates chopped
  • 8 Almond
  • 10ml Pumpkin Seeds

Method

Step 01

Shredded cabbage finely Chop onion finely Peel cored and finely diced Pear Chop dates

Step 02

Place Into a large serving bowl, mayonnaise, garlic, chilli salt, pepper, sugar or, lemon juice,

Step 03

Mix together the cabbage, onion, Pumpkin Seeds, pears dates and nuts.

Step 04

Toss to coat the cabbage mixture, and Chill until serving
