3 cups Red cabbage
1 large red bell pepper
1 large carrot
1 onion
45ml lemon juice
45ml honey
30ml sesame oil


Step 01

Shred cabbage

Step 02

Slice Bell Pepper

Step 03

Coarsely grate Carrots

Step 04

Slice Onion

Step 05

Blend together – Lemon juice and sesame  oil and honey

Step 06

Toss to combine -shredded cabbage, thinly sliced capsicum, coarsely grated carrot
