Sunflower Buns

Ingredients

500g white flour
Teaspoon salt
3 teaspoon instant yeast
½ cup sunflower seeds
1 tablespoon white sugar
1/3 cup sesame seed
1 tablespoon olive oil
250ml hand hot water

Method

Step 01

Mix all dry ingredients

Step 02

Add the water and oil. Knead for 10 minutes

Step 03

Let stand in a warm place covered with cling wrap for 1 hour or until well risen

Step 04

Punch down slightly and pack into balls

Step 05

Place them into a well greased ring pan

Step 06

Cover with cling wrap let them rise for 30 minutes

Step 07

Cover with cling wrap let them rise for 30 minutes

Step 08

Bake for 30 minutes in a 200 c oven.
